Steve was instrumental in deciding to purchase the elevator. Not only did he assist with the sale, he went above and beyond to ensure the order was expedited so we can have the elevator installed as quickly as possible. The installers (John and Omar) were also very professional and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and with minimal disruption to our day to day activities in order to have the elevator installed. They also met with our carpenter and explained everything that needed to be adjusted with thr doors, measurements etc for the finisher. Bernard, the finisher was also very quick on wrapping up the installation. Great coordination from the back office from the sale to the final handoff. The elevator is such a great addition to our home giving our daughter more independence. I highly recommend this company.
